Cancellation Policy

Waiver CUSTOMER WAIVER I, hereby agree to the following: 1. That I am participating voluntarily in an online or offline Class or Workshop offered by Shidokan Aikido Dojo. I recognise that martial arts requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. 2. I understand that I may receive physical or verbal assists or adjustments to enhance or correct my body posture during class by either the teacher or an assistant in class. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher and assistant of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if I do not want to receive any assists. 3. I understand that Shidokan Aikido Dojo reserves the right to make alterations to the timetable, instructors and/or equipment provided to Members and on occasion with minimal notice. 4. I understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by Shidokan Aikido Dojo in their promotional material online and offline. By entering into this agreement I agree that it is my responsibility to make myself known should I not wish to be photographed or filmed. 5. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Shidokan Aikido Dojo for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program. 6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other acts. 7. I understand that an area for personal belongings is available during class, however, I agree that Shidokan Aikido Dojo is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of any of my belongings while I attend class. I have read and understood Shidokan Aikido Dojo's Privacy Policy in regards to my personal data and agree to the terms associated with becoming an Shidokan Aikido Dojo member. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. GENERAL 1.1 All sales are final.
